Summer Camp 2024
We're happy to announce we will hold another summer camp in Balaton this summer. Held in beautiful Hévíz known for its famous thermal lake .The camp will be held from the 20th - 27th July, 2024. We offer accommodation, meals and programs such as the unforgettable sailing trip around lake Balaton. Last years summer camp was fully booked with over 30+ players from abroad so please book your place sooner than later to secure your place. We also welcome groups or clubs to this intense week!
About
We are excited to announce the continuation of our annual summer camp this year, building on the success of our fully booked 2023 session with over 40 players from around the world. With expectations high for another fantastic turnout in 2024, the camp is open to players of all skill levels and is scheduled from the 20th to the 27th of July. Situated just a few miles east of Lake Balaton, in the charming town of Hévíz, those familiar with the area will appreciate the allure it holds.

Our goal is to seamlessly integrate high-quality, intensive training with engaging activities, team-building events, and a climactic end-of-the-week competition, promising an unforgettable experience. From intensive multiball training with top coaches to unforgettable sailing on Lake Balaton, this training camp offers a diverse range of experiences.

Craft your week by customising a personalised package based on your preferences. Choose whether to join in with group meals, accommodation, extra 1v1 lessons or to participate in the organised programs. This flexibility ensures that you maximise your camp experience, aligning it with your individual preferences and requirements.
Training
Our training sessions are designed to be immersive and impactful, with two intensive sessions each day, except for Tuesday, where a half-day and a thermal lake trip offer a rejuvenating break. The camp also offers optional fitness training. Our focus is on delivering quality training, providing ample 1v1 time with coaches. Last year, we had an impressive team of 13 coaches and 6 practice partners, catering to various skill levels.

Emphasising the importance of drilling the right techniques through extensive multiball sessions, our patient coaches are dedicated to listening and assisting you in making the necessary changes to elevate your game. The coaching team comprises of experienced professionals and practice players of all standards, ranging from international pros to local league players.
In addition to multiball drills, the camp incorporates game analysis, specific on-table exercises, and match play to ensure continuous improvement.
A special guest, either a current Hungarian National Player or former Hungarian World Champion Tibor Klampar, will join us for an afternoon during the week, adding a unique dimension to the training experience. Find the detailed training times and schedule for the camp at the end of this page.
Meals & Accommodation
Meals can be arranged at our camp by joining our group team meals at the renowned 'Rózsakert Étterem,' conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk from the training hall in the center of town. Participation in group meals is optional and feel free to arrange your own meals if you prefer. Both Lunch and Dinner at Rózsakert shall be a two course set menu.

For your stay during the camp, we present two accommodation options tailored to your preferences. Alternatively, you're welcome to handle your own accommodation arrangements.
Our first option is at our main partner 'Hotel Sante,' a beloved 3-star wellness hotel featuring a jacuzzi and sauna. Situated just a short walk from the training hall, it offers a comfortable stay with the added perk of a delightful buffet breakfast. The price for the week including breakfast and air conditioning per person is €315 in a double room or €420 in a single room.

The second option is at our partner apartments, suitable for 2 to 6 people, comes without breakfast but is a cheaper alternative to Hotel Sante. If you prefer this option, please reach out to us via email for a personalised quote. Choose the accommodation that aligns with your preferences, ensuring your stay is both convenient and enjoyable.

Experience the highlight of the trip with a sailing adventure on Lake Balaton. Feel the thrill of jumping off the boat into the largest lake in Central Europe. (Note: Sailing schedule is weather-dependent and will be arranged during the camp week.)

Participating in these team programs is entirely optional, and the cost for all activities is a flat rate of €120. Please refer to the schedule at the bottom of the page to see which days each program is scheduled. Please note that sailing details will be determined based on weather conditions during the camp week.

Airport Transfers
If you are arriving to Budapest Airport to join our table tennis training camp in Heviz, we've simplified your travel with two options:

Option 1: Return Shuttle Service, two daily shuttles on both arrival and departure days, ensuring you reach the camp and the airport smoothly. The cost is €100 per person, and while you might have to wait depending on flight schedules, it's a budget-friendly choice. The journey time from Budapest airport to Heviz is just over two hours.The exact times of the shuttles will be published nearer the date of the camp depending on players arrivals and departures.

Option 2: Private Car Service, for a more personalised journey, opt for our private car service. Your dedicated vehicle will be there at your specified time, offering flexibility and convenience. Reach out via email for a tailored quote.
